All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). USDT cryptocurrency deposits are accepted and converted to IDR at the live market rate at the time of deposit confirmation.

Your wih69 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any other person. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in its immediate suspension pending investigation.
wih69 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) standards. Completion of the KYC process is a prerequisite for the processing of any withdrawal request and may also be required before a Member may access certain Platform features.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit; however, deposits above a certain threshold may trigger enhanced KYC review under wih69's AML procedures.
Deposits via bank transfer and e-wallet are typically credited to the Member's account in real time or within 5 minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the relevant payment provider. USDT deposits are credited upon receipt of the required number of network confirmations (typically 1–6 confirmations depending on network conditions). wih69 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or blockchain network congestion.
USDT deposits are converted to IDR at the live market exchange rate applicable at the moment the deposit is confirmed on-chain. The conversion rate used will be displayed in the Member's transaction history. wih69 does not guarantee any particular exchange rate and accepts no liability for fluctuations in cryptocurrency value.
You warrant that all funds deposited into your wih69 account are from lawful sources and that you are the rightful owner or authorised user of the payment method used. Deposits from third-party accounts — including family members and friends — are prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds pending investigation.
wih69 is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly. The following conditions and procedures apply to all withdrawal requests submitted by Members:
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits vary by payment method and Member VIP tier; contact support for your applicable limit. Withdrawals that exceed standard limits may require additional processing time and enhanced KYC review.
Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 3–15 minutes for verified accounts during normal operating conditions. Processing times may extend to up to 24 hours during periods of high volume, scheduled maintenance, or where additional verification is required. wih69 is not responsible for delays attributable to the receiving bank or e-wallet provider.
Withdrawals must be made to the same account or wallet from which the original deposit was made, wherever technically possible. wih69 reserves the right to require matching of withdrawal destination to deposit source as an anti-fraud control. Withdrawal to a different payment method requires prior approval from the wih69 compliance team and may require additional KYC documentation.
Funds that originated from a bonus award may only be withdrawn after all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Real Money Funds that were deposited independently of any bonus may generally be withdrawn at any time, subject to the KYC requirements described in Section 4.

Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion, Bonus Funds are subject to a standard wagering requirement of 20x (twenty times) the bonus amount before any winnings derived from those Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. For combined deposit-plus-bonus offers, the wagering requirement applies to the total of the deposit amount and the bonus amount.
While Bonus Funds remain active in your account, the maximum permitted bet per round or per event is Rp 50.000 or the equivalent in stake terms, unless the specific promotion explicitly states a higher limit. Bets placed in excess of this limit during active bonus play may be voided and the associated Bonus Funds forfeited.
Not all games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager staked. Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) typically contribute 10%. Sportsbook bets may contribute 100% on qualifying markets with minimum odds requirements. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wih69 Platform. Engaging in any of the acts listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities as appropriate:
